Another of the life hackers' ways to ground the kids. Padlock the plug... though I bet they will be bypassing the circuit break to connect it through anyway ;)
some are good, but number 12... yep that will get the pervert to return your child...... pretty sure a kid will find picking at the band aid more entertainment zap!
Is that the plug from the vacuum? Maybe take the padlock off and use the vacuum!
